Registered Nurse (BSN)- I have been a Registered Nurse for 6 years, working in the Medical-Surgical Unit, Telemetry, and Step-down Units in the hospital setting.  I have also had experience in Home-Health Nursing and Hospice Home-Health Nursing.  I have been working in hospitals and homes at a young age of 17.  I obtained my first Bachelors Degree in Counseling Psychology at what was previously known as Columbia Union College, and is now known as Washington Adventist University.  I used to work at (WAH) Washington Adventist Hospital as a Patient Care Technician for approx. 8 years.  It is a pleasure being a Nurse and working with various populations and age groups.  I think I learn more from them than they learn from me.  I would like to broaden my knowledge base to become a greater Nurse and a better person for myself and my community.
