Here is some feedback for your rewrite (for an improved grade):
– I don’t understand the second sentence in answer to #1. Not all the designed elements are for comfort, are they? What is a “comfort zone”?
– Answer to #2 could be more specific. Differentiating between tourists and workers is good, but what are the patterns of movement?
– Did you actually read the New York Times article? Nothing in it about how officials are pocketing the $ from the fare increases. Please read and write an accurate summary.
– Your sources do not answer your research question, or you have not provided the information in your summaries. Since you are asking about infrastructure work, your summary needs to include what work needs to be done.
