Negative Message

For this negative message I kept trying to sound as professional as I can and I wanted to keep the reader feel satisfied even if its a negative message. I believe I did really well in delivering the message cleary and at the same time i feel that I made the reader feel satisfied and made them feel that their organization is important to me.
