This is my 3rd week working at the non-profit organization. The attire at the company is formal and informal. You could dress up the way you want. I dress up formal to work. The office space is rectangular and very organized. I work Saturday and Sunday. A typical employee workday is fun as usual. Morning time me and my supervisor start working on what need to be done. Then she sign me on next task. She is always asking if I need help and if I need a break . She is very friendly and helpful to work with.She is very sweet always offer me tea or coffee. Then at 12:00pm we take a lunch break and she prepare lunch for the members. After lunch break we prepare for the meeting and print out agenda for the meeting. At the meeting we discuss our role and what we had done over the week. And what need to be done.

This is my 2nd week working in this non-profit organization. My professor gave me list of internship to find a internship because I couldn’t find one before class started. I had a orientation at the organization with few  other student from New York City College of Technology. I call the organization and schedule a orientation date. At the ordination date I was asked about my skill and what I will rate my self at Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Also if I speak any other languages. Those are the question I was ask.After the orientation I attend a meeting to see how the meeting at the organization works. Form the next day I start working there. The first day I really like the environment and it was friendly environment.

I work at a non – profit organization. They are a non- profit organization that helps working communities all over New York City and other countries. The organization was founded in 1982 to help low income workers to give a voice.People who needed a voice for working people in agriculture and wanted their voice to be heard. The size of the organization is big. The organization runs by members and communities to stay independent. The organization located at 2675 heath Ave Bronx, NY, 10463 lower Manhattan. My role in non-profit-organization is Graphic Design. I design poster, magazine, typing master card and secondary card, mailing and helping clients. Each year the Non-profit- organization celebrates International Women’s Day. To give the communities a voice and women’s especially to have a voice in the communities for equal rights.
