My name is Kunga Choden, and I am recent associate nurse graduate. I am currently finishing my Bachelors in Nursing at New York City College of Technology. I also have a Bachelors in Biology from Wabash College. I currently work in the housekeeping department at Yotel Hotel, New York.Other than nursing I love playing sports, watching movies and exploring nature.

I always liked helping people, and I never did it for any material incentive. I remember someone once saying that true kindness is when you help someone without expecting anything in return. I had always practiced this belief in my daily life.  After attending nursing school, I saw in practice how much nurses help the needy, how much difference a nurse can make in a patient’s life, and it further solidified my career choice. Nursing to me was not my childhood dream, but I am hoping to make it my lifelong achievement.
