Hi ! My name is Jasmine Henry- Alleyne and I main interest in the hospitality is to become a cake decorator. I hope to open a successful business in the industry in a different country. My future plan is to open a diner in Canada and run a cake decorating business as well through it. I am currently in the industry producing bread in Wholefoods Market bakery, I am a bread mixer. While in the industry I was able to cross train in different areas of the bakery which I would find helpful when trying to move up or open my interest. After I am done with school I plan to get my bartenders license and work at a bar and learn to mix drinks while building my own business in cakes. To cake decorate would be my dream job because I have such a strong love and passion for it.
