OUR APP USES THE CONCEPT OF SCORING A POINT WITH A BASKETBALL, ONLY WITH A SPIN ON THE METHOD. INSTEAD OF THE TYPICAL BASKET, THERE IS A SLOT ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT HAND OF THE SCREEN. THE GOAL OF THE GAME IS TO CLICK RIGHT AND DOWN IN OPPOSITION OF THE BALL MOVING COUNTER TO THE PLAYERS MOVEMENTS. IN THIS CASE, YOU COULD SAY TIMING IS IMPERATIVE. ONE OF THE MAIN IDEAS IS THAT THE SPEED OF THE BALL’S COUNTER-MOVEMENT CAN BE SPED UP OR SLOWED DOWN DEPENDING ON PLAYER’S PREFERENCE.

OUR TEAM CONSISTED OF THREE INDIVIDUALS, EMMANUEL YEBOAH, JOSE DE LA ROSA, AND KHAMESH PRASHAD. EACH OF US HAD A CREATIVE AND DIFFERENT IDEA WHICH MADE OUR PROJECT WHAT IT IS. MY IDEA INCLUDED THE MOVEMENTS, AND SPEED OF WHICH THE BALL WILL BE MOVING WITH RESPONSE TO THE PLAYERS DIRECTIONS. BY HAVING THE BALL MOVE COUNTER TO THE DIRECTED MOVEMENT THIS CREATED A SENSE OF CHALLENGE FOR THE PLAYER AND FORCES A LITTLE MORE PRECISION TO BE NEEDED. JOSE’S IDEA OF HOW THE SCORING AND SOUNDS SHOULD BE PLACED AND ADDED WERE VERY HELPFUL. HIS THOUGHT OF HAVING ONE POINT ADDED AND ONE SUBTRACTED WHEN THE BALL HIT ANYWHERE ELSE ONT HE SCREEN ALSO MADE IT SO THAT THE PLAYER WOULD NEED TO BE CAREFUL ABOUT HOW HE/SHE CLICKED THE BUTTONS AND MADE THEM THINK ABOUT THE SPEED AND DISTANCE THAT THE BALL WOULD MOVE IN. EMMANUEL DID ONE OF THE MOST TIME CONSUMING TASKS, HE PLACED OUR IDEAS INTO THE APP, AND MADE CHANGES BASED ON HOW WE ALL SAW FIT FOR THE ATTEMPTED GAME PLAY. HE ALSO ADDED HIS OWN IDEAS. HE FOUND THE PICTURE FOR THE BACKGROUND ON THE CANVAS, AND ALSO THE SOUNDS.
