My nursing philosophy is that all my patients deserve quality care. I will strive to administer the best care for all my patients. Caring is the fundamental essence of nursing and through caring, your patients will get the best of you. You will be able to render the best care to the patients and their families.  Another part of my philosophy is that no matter where I work, my co-workers are my allies and I strive to create a team environment where mutual respect and attitude that we are all on the same team. I included this in my philosophy because stressors at work play an important role in a nurses’ ability to stay focused and caring at her place of practice. Treat everyone like a loving family member and you will never fall short of giving above adequate care to your clients.
