Owner of the Idea Girl conducted a talk about business and creativity, how to build the right team for your brand:
The talk was informational but it didn’t really answer my questions about building a team. The owner, Brittany Antoinette and guest speaker, Ire from Black Seed Co. talked about their managerial styles and experiences in the workspace as black women. I can relate but it didn’t address my needs for my design and business needs. I would like to develop a creative firm after working in the field and actually build a team. Overall, I feel like some of these zoom/IG live do not discuss the headlining topic but goes off on a tangent.
