What is the difference between a color’s luminosity and inherent light?

The difference between color’s luminosity and inherent light is that color has a natural glow from the value which appears when surrounded by other colors and inherent light is the light from CYMK spectrum.

How does this relate to hue, value and saturation?

This relates to hue, value and saturation because it is the principles  which makes color.
