The Netherlands is adapting to using e-health technology and mobile health apps and in February 2020, the government announced a package of over 400 million euros in a drive for cost-effective value-based digital health care. Dutch companies and institutions have responded by coming up with creative thinking and innovative solution (Gelder, 2020).
