About HSCI 2200

Update: 01.12.2025

Dear Students and Faculty,

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding the course previously listed as HSCI 2201. Starting in Spring 2025, this course will now be offered under the new course code HSCI 2200. Additionally, the course credit hours have been adjusted from 4 to 3 hours to accurately reflect the way the course has always been delivered.

Although HSCI 2201 was previously listed as a 4-credit course, it has always been offered in a 3-hour format, as there was no in-person lab component, and physical lab activities were neither developed nor implemented. This discrepancy has now been formally addressed and resolved.

Please note that the course structure and content will remain the same. All materials originally developed for HSCI 2201, including those hosted on the OpenLab site, will continue to be used for HSCI 2200. In short, only the course code and credit hours have been updated.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this transition.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

Sincerely,
Dr. Sitaji Gurung
