In order to further enjoy the process of learning how to produce beautiful and delicous desserts, I encourage you to post pictures of your classwork. It would also be wonderful if you could share any enlightening restaurant reviews that you have found. Experiences that you have had at exceptional pastry shops are also encouraged.

    At ANDREAS they make a babka in which the textures and flavors blend effortlessly together easily making this Hungarian babka one of my favorites.
