The course will be held after school for 2 hours and will take about a month to complete.

- Learning how to cook Italian cuisine
Week 3 – Benefits of Healthy Eating
- Practice – Prepare foods for a healthy diet
- Understanding the benefits of healthy eating and seeing the results
