- First we will make a appointment to meet with the school principal, assistant principle, teachers, and guidance counselor in NYC public schools to discuss the proposal.
- If the time for the meeting is successful, we will meet with the schools at the given time. The time of the meeting cannot interfered with other proposal meetings.
- We will start discussing the different aspects of the proposal, such as the goals, benefits, outcomes, qualifications, and funding.
- If proposal is convincing, principal and other school coordinators will ask the DOE for permission and funding to promote this program. This may take some time for the school to hear back from the DOE.
- When the funding and requirement is meet, the proposal official begins. School will print permission slips given to every student that gives an overview of the after-school program and their parents signature if they want to attend.
- My team will work with nutritionist, chefs, and experts throughout the course of the program.
