Thesis- What happen when technology replaces hospitality?

We or something are often get replaced because of something else that are better. Which can be and more likely happen in the hospitality industry. Easiness and facilitate are good, and we all know. On other hand, we make our life easier, we are more likely be get rid of. In case, some jobs are already get replaced by technologies, such as servers in Chili’s Grill and Bar, Front Desk agents in some hotels, Cashiers in retail stores like CVS, Room serves in Aloft hotel..etc Think back the traditional one on one service, which we remain it after thousand years. However, if technologies of balanced human beings, the culture of this beautiful service will no longer keeps in the hospitality industry.
