Description: Our restaurant concept was based on a speakeasy. The front portion of the restaurant would serve tacos, select desserts, and non-alcoholic beverages, whereas the speakeasy portion served appetizers, desserts, alcoholic beverages, along with what is served in the front portion. Regarding the final project, my responsibility was to create the food and beverage program, along with creating the menu. Presented is the restaurant menu, the speakeasy menu, the wine menu, along with the tequila/mezcal list.
