Hi my name is Nathalie Carrasco and my major is Hospitality Management. This is my first semester at New York City College Of Technology. I do have a passion for this industry and I love everything about it. The stress,the pressure,fine dining,etc. At first I wanted to be a Chef but then I got experience in working some restaurants in the kitchen and I did not see myself as having a career as just only a chef. I started working in front of the house as a waitress,hostess and bartender and I ending it up loving it more then being in the kitchen. I do love to cook but I would like to be my own boss some day and have my own restaurant.
