    How can we evaluate our own efforts and seek input from our peers outside of regular “observations…” how can we learn from what we do in our classrooms?

    Hi Harry,

    I think that I get the most value these days from observing other faculty teach. When I’m in a classroom and able to just watch, intently, what is happening and how it works, I get a lot of ideas. It’s a very reflective space for me.
