Times Square historical background was useful for explaining the presence of the high end hotels.
Should have set up the Astor presentation by telling us the exact blocks under discussion (with a historical NYC map).
Try not to read directly off the slides — we can read these ourselves.
Early Paramount Pictures building details were interesting.
Good archival images of interior Paramount.
Wondering about the theater/film connections in the Paramount company. Did Paramount use the actors in their theater productions in their films? Did they do any film script development in the NYC theater?
