While I was watching this video, they mentioned that children with high quality do better in school and in life. I just feel as though like what about the children that do not have it? They can not do good in school or in life. They were very close on giving it to all families. Back in 1971 congress passed a bill providing high quality child care for pre k and other services for each and every family that wanted them. For them to pass the law they need the president’s signature. I just feel that if this would have happen it would been good because we have families that can not afford to help support their children, or even put them to school. With the help of the government it was going to be good. The comment when they said that “Children with high quality care will do better in school and in life” I do not agree with that comment because I know a lot of students that pay out of pocket for school, and do very good with themselves.
