    Two opposing U.S. House of Representatives testified before the U.S. Supreme Court that there is a need to reform the American criminal justice system in the outdated mandatory minimum sentences? Legislation was introduced legislation that would abolish mandatory minimum sentences for certain low level, non-violent crimes. Why is it that everything always goes back to Obamacare?
