| Content | Activities:
1. Host interdisciplinary networking event to encourage development of new interdisciplinary courses.
2. Networking event will be supplemented by outreach efforts to help faculty explain their disciplines to each other. (for example: explaining the broad strokes of your class or discipline so that others can identify overlaps and possibilities for collaboration)
3. Create a gen-ed resources clearinghouse. This will be an annotated list of what resources are available to students and faculty for academic support, organized by subject/discipline. We already have a lot of resources available on campus (Title V living lab, WAC, Learning Center, etc), but awareness of those resources can be spotty. |
