| Content | The hardest time I had when I was telling the truth would be meeting my nutritionist for the first time. I had to open up to someone for the first time and actually express how I feel. The reason for this was because I needed to find a solution to cure myself of my eating disorder by finding what lead up to it; as well as what I can do to cure it. By admitting I had a problem and being honest to myself about it, it lead to the first steps of recovery. So from there, I learned slowly about learning how to eat comfortably with no judgement and self loathing. |
