  1. In the poem “Heart, we will forget him!” by Emily Dickinson, the poet discusses the difficulties of forgetting her love.
  2. She loves the man she wants to forget.
  3. The feeling of wanting to lose someone is as hard as wanting to not forget him.
  4. Speaking to her heart is more difficult then speaking with her mind.
  5. However, no matter how many times she talks about not wanting to see him, all she really wants to do is keep him in her memory.
