Article 07″ All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law . All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination ”
In my opinion article 07 is emphasising on the fact that all people are equal and are protected without discrimination such as race, sexuality and other things. Even though human rights abuses did not fully end even after the declaration of rights but it got prevented little by little. People have gain much greater freedom. Declartion of rights promises people a life free from want and fear. The power of declarations of rights is the power of ideas , to inspire people from ensure dignity, freedom and equality.
