Class for Monday, 11/20

Dear ENG 1101 Students:

For class today, I've scheduled Zoom appointment slots for you to each have a conference with me to discuss your Project 3 work (or Project 2 if that's where you are). Please read the Week 12 Agenda and use this Google Doc to sign up for one of these conferences. Zoom details are in the doc as well.

When you're not meeting with me, I trust that you will use the remaining 90 minutes of class time to work on your project.

I look forward to hearing from each of you about your Project 3 work!

Thanks,

Prof. Rosen

Today's Class

Hi ENG 1101 Students,

I can't come to class today. You should have each received a text explaining what to do. This announcement explains it as well.

Your Week 11 Agenda has instructions (scroll down to Wednesday, 11/15), with a revised version of today's class.

You need to work on Project 3, so there are instructions in the agenda explaining how to proceed.

You can work together in our classroom, or you can find another place to work. I ask that you devote the full 100 minutes wherever you spend that time. As you'll see in the Week 11 Agenda, I've asked you to write a post to show me what you're up to and so I can mark you present.

Please reach out to me with questions and concerns.

Best,

Prof. Rosen

Hi Everyone--

I noticed that many of you haven't yet posted Project 1. In class on Wednesday, I can answer any questions from you and guide you through posting.

See you then!

Hi Everyone,

Our course site is back, so there's no need for us to make alternate plans for submitting your Project 1 work. I'll repost instructions there to help everyone know what to do. Also be sure to re-read the Project 1 assignment instructions and grading criteria to make sure you're on the right track. Reach out to me at jrrosen@citytech.cuny.edu with any questions or to ask for my help or support.

Looking forward to reading more of your education narratives!

Best,

Prof. Rosen
