Performance Based Hiring

Performance based hiring is a form of hiring process that is used by most recruiters, hiring managers and potential applicants. It usually consists of the job description, must have skills, experience and academics that is provided to hiring managers, recruiters and the online job ad. This type of method filters out many good fit potential candidates because of the flawed method but it is a cost effective for companies. Often there are instances where the candidate had all key and in the end it was a poor fit because it lacks the proper filtering and interviewing training.

I can take the steps of instead of looking at cliché job descriptions and instead look at the performance profile, which would consist of what the company looking to for the potential candidate to accomplish. Whether it is launching a new campaign, or redesign a site or starting a whole division within a company. Also knowing that I can successfully complete these projects.
