Although I may come off as a shy, quiet or reserved individual, I have been told by a number of individuals that I offer a sense of comfort and easiness to vent to. I believe I can develop trusting and honest relationships at ease, which is essential in nursing. I have the ability to empathize, comfort, help and support those who need my assistance. I am a fast learner and organized, and have fine attention to detail skills and can multi-task when necessary. I believe the qualities I possess are vital to my nursing career. With continued education and once I gain experience as an RN, I will continue to develop key characteristics that will help me flourish as a nurse.
