Hello!
I’m Professor Bronwen Densmore, the Instructional Design librarian here at City Tech, and I’ve been invited into your class to support you as you work through your final research projects.
Hopefully you’ve all started looking around for resources, and are at least a little bit familiar with City Tech’s library website, the library catalog, and library databases. Whether you’re an experienced fact-finder, or brand new to the research process, sometimes locating great information to use for research can be tricky. I can help with that!
Please feel free to post questions, comments, or observations about your research here. Things I can help you with include (but are not limited to):
-Using the library catalog and databases to locate books, articles, multimedia and more.
-Accessing the library’s digital content from off campus.
-Developing your research topics and/or research strategies.
-Using resources on the open web (Google, etc) to connect with useful information.
-Evaluating the things that you find.
You are also welcome to email me at bdensmore@citytech.cuny.edu. Happy researching!
