Unity For Equality is a not-for-profit community-based organization. Their mission is to empower and integrate underserved communities and other immigrants into civic and economic life. They assist individuals and families in the areas of advocating for social justice, boosting civic engagement, educational opportunities, healthcare access for all, and senior support services. They have accomplished a lot in many different spaces. They have provided $15,000 in scholarships to students, paid $25,000 in student loan debt, provided English courses to over 900 individuals, helped 10,000+ individuals have access to healthcare and much more. They have partnerships with many big organizations like Apple, Visa, NYPD, New York City College of Technology, Chase, and many more. The organization has accomplished a lot and I am glad to have been chosen as one of their Digital Design Associates.
