The purpose of this assignment was to announce cost saving measures to employees during a time of economic difficulties. Initially, while I did include all the important information, I needed to find a way to frame the negative information and provide reasons for it. Developing goodwill was also an issue, and came across as disingenuous. Upon revision, I change some words that were unnecessary and changed the tone of the document.
