Today I learned how to write a professional email for my client, we have to be kind and polite in order to talk to them.
Which part do you think is most difficult during the training?
The most difficult part I would say is writing the names of the projects, it is a little bit hard to memorize but I think time will help us remember more.

I agree that the file naming is confusing at the beginning. But you can always look up your trainee manual as reference. If you are still not sure about it, just ask one of us to take a look at it for you. We are always here to help.
