Creating an estimate before you begin spending is crucial to your success. It is easy to spend the entire budget and not complete a project.

Your project labor should include all the crew you imagine needing to support the behind the scenes labor for your event. Please pay all crew members $20.00 for ease of comparison for each team for the semester.
Turn in your competed Excel spreadsheet on blackboard, in the assignments tab, estimate. Later on in the semester you will be adding the actual budget sheets to your event for a comparison.
