Script preparation is an important task for stage managers. Below is a short video discussing how to make your promptbook script. Underneath the video are two jpegs for you to insert in your script or make your own and insert in your script for your note taking pages. A reminder there are two ground plans one for act 1 and one for act 2. Turn in your completed script on black board
The Word version of the script is on Brightspace weekly tab week 1 communications file folder.
Your job is to insert the ground plans on the back of each script page for note taking during rehearsals. As a stage manager this script is one of the most important tools you will use during rehearsals for your production.
Put all the documents you have created so far this semester in your prompt book binder. It is your responsibility to maintain your prompt book throughout the semester.
Assignment
Turn in an updated script with the ground plans inserted inside the scripts on black board inside the homework tab, week 4 documents. Turn in as word or pdf file.

Find an actor game you want to teach the class in an upcoming class meeting. We will be playing actor warm up games at the beginning of the class for the rest of the semester with a student leading the game. Links and information for the games are on blackboard in the weekly content tab, week 4 folder.
