Today we we be look at actors equity rule book and how it influences your planning and running of auditions, rehearsals, tech and performances. The work this week will focus on rehearsals.

Today we are going to take a closes look at what your responsibilities’ are at rehearsals. Please watch the video.

2. Quiz and reflection on Brightspace
3. conflict calendar assignment
4. One weekly rehearsal schedule for your actors( first week of rehearsal)
5. Call sheets for (the same week)

As a stage manager it is important to be consistent on your scheduling of rehearsals, ideas such as the actors learning the show in written order of the script. But you will also learn that not all actors are available every rehearsal. After planning the perfect rehearsal schedule you may need to update it to incorporate actor conflicts. You professor created a conflict list of actors who are not available every day. Update your rehearsal schedule to account for the availability of your actors.
