The quiz is focusing on the vocabulary and the homework is focusing on converting numbers between the different number systems.

| hexadecimal | a sixteen-digit (Base-16) numerical system |
| ASCII | American Standard Code Information Interchange, converts computers data which is numbers into letters. ASCII assigns one bit of binary code to a letter or symbol |

| hard drive | Persistent storage: long term storage. Saves data even when machine is off. |
| Graphics card | a printed circuit board that controls the output to a display screen. |
