I appreciate your patience today in class when we had trouble having everyone login to the N601B lab computers.
For those few students who were able to login, you can disregard this announcement since you were able to login successfully.
For everyone who was unable to login to the N601B computers, there are two things that you need to do before class next week.
First, follow these directions provided by Technology Services to reset the password of your City Tech ID (the part of your email address before the @ symbol). Pay attention to the capitalization of your City Tech ID. If you are able to reset your password following these directions, you should be able to login to the N601B lab computers next week.
If you receive an error message of any kind while following the directions linked above, you should write it down or take a photo/screenshot of it. Then, contact the Student Helpdesk for further assistance. Their contact information and office hours are below–note that they have office hours before our class next Thursday if you are unable to talk with them on Monday:
