The purpose of this Authority letter was to solve a problem using good will strategies. I was trying to use decorum, be professioanal and polite, emphasize courtesy and respect to employees and focus more on company and workers interests and less on personal as Edward Mike Davis did. In terms of design elements, I completely changed the logo. I found an image of running tiger, because I wanted to emphasie speed and motion as logo belongs to oil Company. I also changed the logo size, so it doesn’t take too much space within the document and restructured the letter itself.
