The captivating collage project

 

Collage is used extensively in advertising as well as well as illustration these days. Ā i Ā immediately realized the importanceĀ in learning how to do thisĀ as a very effective way of visualizing an idea or concept.

Collage is a surrealistic art form that can be humorous, thought Ā provoking, or terrifying Ā depending on the personality and intent of the artist. Thats the beauty of the art form! its so highly personal and subjective .

This project taught me to choose a single theme and work around it juxtaposing several related images together in order to bring home a central idea. I will Ā be using this art form in my digital work as well
