Here I will walk you through my journey to become a Registered Dental Hygienist and share some of my life changing experiences.
A little about me….
I was born and raised in Medellin, Colombia. After leaving my beautiful country and coming to the United States, I had the opportunity to work in different industries including food and technology. However, it was only until joined an Orthodontic practice in 2014, when I was sure to have found my new career path!
I fell in love with the dental hygiene profession when I realized how important, and many times undervalued, is Oral Health and its tight relation with General health.
I definitely wanted to be part of a community such as the dental care professionals that have a unique opportunity to impact lives through education, research and promotion of oral health.
Now, after years of study and practice, I am committed to provide the best care possible to all and each one of my patients and put my knowledge and skills at service of the community.
