Chapter 21 memo

Chapter 21 touches on strategies for managing client and service learning projects. In your careers we are likely to be called on to work on project on behalf of a company, client, etc. Establishing a detailed, mutual, understanding of all important aspects of the project is a way to learn the client goals and help create a communication that helps achieves that goal. This can be done by determining what the client wants and why, making your own assessment of the situation, defining what you’ll do and how you’ll to the client by describing the key elements of the project, and giving the client a written proposal to that they agree with. Maintaining a productive relationship with your client throughout your project which can better the quality of the project. You can do this by candidly communicating with your client throughout the project, sharing your work but deferring with client. Handing your project off in a way that is helpful for the client.
