About Me

My name is Diamond. This is my first year in City Tech and in college in general. I aspire to be a graduate of the bachelors program for Hospitality Management. I want to effectively learn about the field. My first job experience was at The Chocolate Room Bakery. There I learn basic kitchen skills as the beginning to my career. I Interned there for about 4 months.  Shortly after I began interning at db Bistro Moderne for 9 months, and for the following four months I was hired full time. I currently still work there and I am learning so much about French cuisine. My strengths would definitely be communicative, and consistent skills. Overall I am interested in the art of food and the science behind it which enhances my future career goal to be a business owner of my own pastry shop.
