As part of our last community outreach group projects in the program, my group and I chose to present to a group of elementary school students at St. Brigid-St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Academy. We created a short educational PowerPoint presentation on how to prevent cavities by keeping your teeth clean and by their choice in diet, such as avoiding food with processed sugar and instead eat food with natural sugar. We also created activities, included short clips, and had goody bags for the students.
