In the Authority Letter I had to include the major problem which was the over usage of funds in an authoritative way. The initial letter provided to us written by Mr. Tiger didn’t not have any goodwill written on it. I adjusted the letter thinking about effective ways to ensure that the employees will not only understand the new policies but that they also will stop abusing the companies’ trust.
