“This two-and-a-half-year program offers participating students early exposure to the study and practice of law. Additionally, participants will earn a stipend of $1,475 for each summer session they are enrolled in the program.
Program Highlights:
*Â Â Enrollment in Fordham’s Pre-law Summer Institute
*Â Â Participation in The Council for Legal Education Opportunity, Inc. (CLEO) Jumpstart LSAT Program
*Â Â Paid summer internships with public interest organizations, district attorney offices, NYC law firms, and more
*Â Â Enrollment in an LSAT preparation course (cost covered by the program)
*Â Â Mentoring, networking and training opportunities throughout the year
Eligibility:
*Â Â Undergraduate students enrolled in a full-time program at an accredited college or university within the Fordham University CUNY, and SUNY EOP network
*Â Â Students must be in their sophomore year at the time of the application (entering junior year Fall 2023)
*Â Â Demonstrates an interest in pursuing a law degree or an interest in the law.
