Exercise your right to VOTE! New York Public Interest Research Group (NYPIRG) is a statewide not-for-profit organization that does important work on higher education, the environment, voting access, and other social justice issues. It has a chapter here at City Tech! Like many not-for-profit organizations, NYPIRG has a Board of Directors that governs it. What makes NYPIRG’s Board unique is that it is comprised entirely of STUDENTS!! Directors are elected from each of our campus chapters.
EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT!! The deadline to vote is 9pm TONIGHT (Thurs. Sept. 24). Here’s how to Vote:
- Click on this link: https://www.nypirgstudents.org/elections
- Select your school from the dropdown menu
- Fill out the form
- You must use your school email (i.e. name@school.edu)
- Check your inbox for ballot link
- VOTE!
