Academic resources
In the college library and learning centers, and through many special programs, students expand and strengthen their learning. Technology at the college is both the subject of our work and, increasingly, also a medium for learning and the construction of new knowledge. This is an exciting time at New York City College of Technology, as opportunities for learning expand and challenge all of us.
How to be a successful college student
We want you to succeed! As a college student, success means graduation and making the most of City Tech’s opportunities. The Companion for the First Year at City Tech is designed to help you navigate your new path, understand the rules of the formal college system, and find your own place in City Tech’s vibrant college community.
What is a syllabus
Syllabus is a course document provided by the instructor usually on the first class regarding course description, learning outcomes, course plan, content outline, assignment policy, grading policy, and any other requirements and policies that will be applied in the class.
