    There is too much on the plate here for only Mssr Rippert, no matter how great a chef he is. I assume he will share. The bon bon are filled with lime or caramel or hazelnut praline ganache. Spicy nuts are in the jars, The sphere is beautiful with it’s shine but I would make the top one smaller. The sculpture would be more attractive if it was smaller. Chocolate leaves are the simplest thing on this piece and the most dramatic
