Razzmatazz Shrimp
Candace’s creation: Rosewater Israeli Couscous with Pickled Cucumbers and Raspberry glazed Grilled Shrimp. The Green Peppercorns are inside of the raspberry glaze to give it a spicy note to compliment the sweet and tart raspberries and cranberry juice respectively. There are raw cucumbers inside of the couscous with diced tomatoes to give it color and texture.
